The overwhelm that comes with AI adoption is real. Many organizations are not seeing a return on their investment, financially or operationally. We make responsible AI accessible by bringing clarity, structure, and competitive edge to every engagement. We are not biased for or against AI. Like any technological advancement, there are pros and cons. Our goal is to help clients align their AI strategy with organizational goals, capacity, and budget. Meet the Founder
Ally Ross
Ally Ross founded Saig Advice because most AI governance conversations stop too soon. They address the technology. Sometimes the compliance. Rarely the humans. Ally's career was built at exactly that intersection.
With nearly two decades of experience, Ally's work is grounded in four disciplines that sit at the core of every AI challenge:
- Technology risk management — understanding what the systems are actually doing
- Compliance risk management — understanding what the rules require and where exposure lives
- Operational risk management — understanding how processes, systems, and people interact and where breakdowns occur
- Human risk management — understanding what people do under pressure, and why
At Wells Fargo, she designed and implemented programs in Ethics, Insider Threat, Internal Fraud, Root Cause Analysis, and Conflicts of Interest in response to regulatory corrective actions. These programs supported 60,000+ employees across multiple lines of business and contributed to the successful closure of those regulatory actions.
That foundation shapes how Ally builds AI governance programs today: technically sound, compliant by design, and built around the people who actually use them.
Ally is intentional about who she works with. Based in Boise, Idaho and serving clients nationwide, she focuses on organizations that want to approach AI with care and conviction, not to just check a compliance box. Because she keeps humans at the center of her work, she takes care to align AI strategy with each client's broader organizational strategy and values. That alignment, she believes, is what separates AI that gets implemented from AI that actually gets used.
Ally holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation and the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). She serves as a board member of Go Lead Idaho and an advisory group member of the Idaho Inclusion Collective.
